Each participating hospital must nominate one team composed of six (6) members, selected according to the following mandatory criteria:

1. Team Composition

• 2 Cardiologists
• 2 Nephrologists
• 2 Internal Medicine or Diabetes Specialists

2. Team Roles

• 1 Team Member must be assigned as Head Coach
• This individual will act as the team leader and point of contact.
• At least 1 Team Member must hold either:
• A medical doctorate (MD), or
• A recognized medical fellowship (e.g., MRCP, FRCP, ABIM, etc.)

3. Eligibility Criteria

• All team members must be currently affiliated with the hospital they represent.
• Each hospital may submit only one team for the competition.
• Team members must be board-certified or in the final year of specialty training.
• The registration form must be approved & signed by the heads of the related 3 departments (Cardiology, Nephrology & Internal Medicine) in each hospital.
